Description:
This bold haori is made up of "jiginu" silk: rusticly spun silk thread that was once popular in certain Japanese rural districts. The patterns are dyed, although resemble those created with the shibori technique. Very good condition, but with one moth hole on right bodice near where meets sleeve. 48" from sleeve-end to sleeve-end x 36" height.
