Description:
A silk woman's haori featuring shibori (tie-dyed) motifs of 'kiku' (chrysanthemum), 'sasa' (bamboo grass) and 'Genji garuma' (wheel of Court carriage). Good condition, with small tears etc that make it unsuitable for wear. An excellent example of Japanese shibori artistry. 50" from sleeve-end to sleeve-end x 39" height.
