Description:
A silk boys ceremonial kimono worn during at an age-celebration at a Shinto Shrine. The central motif is a brave tiger, with sasa (bamboo grass) and sparrow motifs. The motifs were created utilizing sumi e, yuzen-painting, with embroidered highlights. 28” along shoulders x 37” height.
